His participation in more than 800 major municipal bond financing projects totals more than $40 billion, while his leadership qualities have led to his election to the board of directors of the MSRB, where he served as chairman. He has been a Director of Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC, The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, and on the Board of Regents for the University of Texas System. Hispanic Business Magazine named Mr. Estrada among the 100 Most Influential Hispanics in America.

Mr. Green was chairman of the private equity firm Owner Resource Group, and co-founded and chaired NextVenue and PowerOne Media. From 2001 to 2003, Mark served as vice chairman of the Financial Institutions and Governments Group at JP Morgan Chase. Before joining JP Morgan Chase, Green spent eight years as a private investor where he was involved in starting eight companies and serving on their boards. One of those companies was Affordable Residential Communities, which was the predecessor to Hilltop Holdings, a NYSE listed company. From 1973 through 1992, Green was a general partner of Goldman, Sachs & Co. and co-head of its Financial Services Industry Group.

Admiral Inman has more than 50 years of investing, operational, and government experience. He currently serves as the Chairman of Limestone Capital Advisors, an Austin based private equity fund. His previous private sector experience includes serving on the Boards of Directors for Massey Energy (now Alpha Natural Resources), Fluor, Temple-Inland, SBC (now AT&T), Tracor, Xerox, Dell, and Oracle. His government leadership includes rising to the rank of four-star Admiral in the U.S. Navy, serving as Director of the National Security Agency, and as Vice Director of the Central Intelligence Agency.

More than 25 years ago, he came to the U.S. with only his work ethic. After spending years working in the oilfield, building a reputation for excellence and speed, he launched his first company, Lozoya Welding in 2005. That company has grown into Lozoya Construction, becoming a household name in the Permian Basin, where it operates a number of subsidiary entities and has completed more than $100M in projects. Mr. Lozoya also has built and operated a real estate portfolio that spans Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma with holdings in industrial, office, self-storage, multi-family, and residential real estate. Mr. Lozoya and his family call Midland, Texas home. He is a proud naturalized U.S. citizen and grateful for the opportunity to work with his sons, who have joined the leadership team at Lozoya Construction.

Dino Mavrookas is Co-Founder and CEO at Saronic Technologies, an Austin-based defense technology firm that designs and manufactures autonomous surface vessels for U.S. and allied militaries.

Prior to co-founding Saronic Technologies, Dino worked in private equity at Vista Equity Partners focusing on technology investments across various sectors. He also worked at H.I.G. Capital, where he focused on middle-market buyout investments.

Dino served in the U.S. Navy as a Navy SEAL, with both Naval Special Warfare Development Group and SEAL Team Two.
