Through hard work and integrity, Fily Lozoya has built one of the largest construction companies and real-estate portfolios in West Texas. More than 25 years ago, he came to the U.S. with only his work ethic. After spending years working in the oilfield, building a reputation for excellence and speed, he launched his first company, Lozoya Welding in 2005. That company has grown into Lozoya Construction, becoming a household name in the Permian Basin, where it operates a number of subsidiary entities and has completed more than $100M in projects. Mr. Lozoya also has built and operated a real estate portfolio that spans Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma with holdings in industrial, office, self-storage, multi-family, and residential real estate. Mr. Lozoya and his family call Midland, Texas home. He is a proud naturalized U.S. citizen and grateful for the opportunity to work with his sons, who have joined the leadership team at Lozoya Construction.
